SHIPPING - TIME AND COST OF DELIVERY

The product you ordered we ship as soon as possible. It can take 3 business days. For custom products, estimated waiting time for completion of such an order is about 3 weeks.

You can choose various delivery methods in Poland:

- personal receipt - Wrocław, Krzycka street - for free, please contact me earlier

- InPost parcel locker (prepayment) - from 11,99 PLN (gauge A) to 13,04 PLN (gauge C)

- DHL courier (prepayment and cash on delivery) - from 20,61 PLN, cash on delivery from 29,84 PLN

- UPS courier (prepayment and cash on delivery) - 21,08 PLN, cash on delivery from 26,00 PLN

- DHL large-size parcel - 76,21 PLN, cash on delivery 85,44 PLN

If you are interested in shipping to another country, please contact me. We will determine delivery costs that vary depending on the country of delivery.

   

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if a finished product is purchased. It is not possible to withdraw from the contract when buying a product made to order.

You can return the products you purchased for any reason within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days from receiving the products (for example from picking up a package from the courier), your right to withdraw from the contract will expire. In order to withdraw from the contract, within 14 days, send a completed, scanned and signed statement of withdrawal from the contract to the email address malinadollhouse@gmail.com. After receiving the declaration, we will immediately confirm its receipt.

After sending the statement, pack the products and send them back to the following address within the next 14 days:

Before receiving the package, we will confirm whether your declaration of withdrawal has been submitted correctly and on time, and after receiving the package, we will check the returned product. The product can not bear traces of use. If everything is ok, we will refund all due money, i.e. the cost of the product and if you have not used the free delivery option, the cost of the cheapest delivery method available at Malina Dollhouse. The reimbursement will take place immediately after receiving the products back to the store.

   

COMPLAINTS

We strive to make our products meet your expectations. If it does happen differently, you can file a complaint within 24 months of receiving the product.

If you want to file a complaint, download the available complaint form. Fill out the form giving the necessary data, choose what form of repair you expect and sign the complaint. Signed complaint with proof of purchase and product send to our address:

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. In the form, please also provide your e-mail address if you want to receive information about the complaint decision by e-mail.

The cost of delivery of the package lies with the buyer.
